Hello. My name is Noe Mendoza and I am pastor of Bethany Baptist Church (Iglesia Bautista Betania) in Mission, Tx. God has permitted us to see consistent growth at the church during the 25 years I have been pastor. Our well-rounded program includes soul-winning, discipleship, and training for service, and a vibrant missions program.
One of the ministries of our church is Latin America Outreach. We started this ministry after seeing the great need for laborers in Latin America. During my time as pastor at Bethany, a good number of workers have been sent out from the church to serve full-time. Some are pastors, missionaries, teachers in Bible schools, pastors' wives, etc. And though I praise God for these workers, there is still a great need for more laborers.
Our goal is to see many indigenous churches throughout Latin America with the same vision as our Hispanic church here on the border. It is our prayer that the good work that God has begun at Bethany will be extended to other parts of Latin America, through the ministry of Latin America Outreach. |

Our ministries are:
- Pastor's Conferences - The pastor's conferences are designed to teach and challenge the pastor in the areas of doctrine and methodology.
- City Wide Conferences - These conferences are designed to uplift believers and challenge them to live for Christ. The pastors of the churches in the city promote and challenge their churches to come and participate in the conference.
- Bible Students - Latin America Outreach is committed to help dedicated Christian youth have thorough Bible training through scholarships at a doctinally sound Bible school.
- Literature for Pastors - Latin America Outreach provides pastors with study tools such as concordances, Bible dictionaries, Study Bibles and other good books to be better equipped for the ministry
- Church Planting - Latin America Outreach is involved in planting churches in: Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico; Durango, Durango, Mexico; San Andres de Tuxtla, Veracruz, Mexico; Managua, Nicaragua; Candega, Nicaragua; La Trinidad, Nicaragua. Faithful workers that receive support from Latin America Outreach are being greatly used of God to plant and establish indigenous churches.
