Hello.  My name is Noe Mendoza and I am pastor of Bethany Baptist Church (Iglesia Bautista Betania) in Mission, Texas.  God has permitted us to see consistent growth at the church during the 25 years I have been pastor.  Our well-rounded program includes soul-winning, discipleship, training for service and a vibrant missions program.

One of the ministries of our church is Latin America Outreach.  We started this ministry after seeing the great need for laborers in Latin America.  During my time as pastor at Bethany, a good number of workers have been sent out from the church to serve full-time.  Some are pastors, missionaries, teachers in Bible schools, pastor's wives, etc.  And though I praise God for these workers there is still a great need for more laborers.

Our goal is to see many indigenous churches throughout Latin America with the same vision as our Hispanic church here on the border.  It is our prayer that the good work that God has begun at Bethany will be extended to other parts of Latin America, through the ministry of Latin America Outreach.
